If students complete the assignment they will recieve credit. If they do not complete the assignment they will receive no credit BUT WILL NOT receive a zero.

Tuesday 9/11

I want to take a moment to remember the tragedy that struck our nation 11 years ago. I remember sitting in class hearing about the WTC from my mother who was a teacher at my school. Our school for the most part shut down and learning the core subjects stopped, many parents came for their kids, and I vividly remember watching those horrible scenes unfold while sitting in my mother’s classroom. While that terrorist attack on our nation hurt us a great deal I am proud of how our country has responded. I am proud of the men and women who serve in our military and protect our freedoms, often making the biggest of sacrifices so we can live free. May we always remember 9/11 and may it serve as a reminder of the greatness that is our country and the sacrifice our men and women give in protecting our freedom.

In class today, students will review for their test by playing Jeopardy.
