Tuesday, August 28th - Library Research Day
Since Friday of last week students have been working on the Window on the World Group Project. Each group has picked a country and begun gathering information and statistics about their country using Almanacs and the CIA World Factbook online. Students will use their research to create three posters; geography (map), government/military, and level of development. The project will be completed on Wednesday (8/29) with groups presenting their posters to the class.Today students worked on their posters which are due tomorrow. Others used the website GapMinder to further analyze their countries level of development.
